我们项目组使用了 Claude Code 的代理 API，无法像官方订阅服务那样查看用量，于是便有了这个命令行 Status Line 小插件，用来直观展示剩余额度和刷新倒计时。

• Color‑coded with a live reset countdown (↻).
• Works on any plan — uses the built‑in rate_limits JSON for Pro/Max subscribers, otherwise probes the endpoint's rate‑limit headers.
• Non‑blocking — the probe runs in the background and is cached, so rendering stays instant (~60ms).
• 6 styles, and no secrets stored — your account is read from the environment at runtime.
